Fire Swamp Provisions
Alex graduated from the California Culinary Academy in 2005 and started working in iconic and Michelin-starred San Francisco restaurants such as Moose’s, One Market, and Acquerello, among others. After that, he worked as a private chef for over a decade until the pandemic forced a pivot. Caring for his infant son at home while his wife worked, Alex rediscovered his love for baking and quickly built a devoted local following. He created Fire Swamp Provisions, joined our beloved Novato Farmers Market, and began supplying popular local eateries like Belfare and Trailhead. In addition to breads and pastries, Fire Swamp Provisions makes an assortment of seasonal fruit preserves and seasoning blends.
