This annual favorite is made with the fruit from one single tree in our backyard right here in Novato! These lemons are painstakingly picked, trimmed, seeded, sliced, soaked, sweetened, and cooked until they are luminous and gently set.  This stuff is like sunshine in a jar and goes great on toast, english muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, a spoon, and pretty much everything else, too.
