Fire Swamp Provisions - Smoked Heirloom Chili Flakes
The chilis for these are grown by our friends Vince and Lisa at Triple T Ranch and Farm at the height of summer. We smoke them over hardwood and then air dry them outside on strings in the sunshine and fresh air until brittle, at which point we grind them into a rough powder. This stuff is hot, so be careful. It's also wicked good on everything.
