Have you ever walked through a summer garden and run your hands along the tomato plants, where you get that heady and herbaceous cloud of magic around you? That incredible aroma is from the tomato leaves, and we've managed to capture it for you.  We pick mountains of them and then carefully sun dry them until crispy, and then grind them with some dried tomatoes from the same plants, along with some San Francisco bay sea salt.  It makes things so umami and crushable.  Great on BLTs, tomato salads, pizza, and anything you want to be more delicious.
